- Medical If you have a medical reason for missing a piece of work, have your doctor complete an official U of T Medical Certificate and submit it to your instructor as soon as possible.
- Special Consideration: IF you are unable to complete homework or if you miss the midterm test due to major illness or other circumstances completely outside of your control, complete a Special Consideration Form.
- Re-mark If you feel the grading of a piece of coursework needs to be reviewed, submit a re-mark request, explaining where the grading needs to be reviewed, in detail.
IMPORTANT: Notify your instructor as soon as possible if you find yourself in such a situation. It is always easier to resolve situations earlier rather than later.
